Two men have threatened and robbed 15-year-old boy outside Worcester Park station.

The boy was standing near the taxi office at around 6pm on the 7th of January, when he was approached by the men.

They threatened to “shank him” and took his bag.

They also tried to make him take off his coat so they could steal it, but the victim managed to stop them from doing so.

Both men were in their late teens or early twenties and of Middle Eastern appearance.

The first man was around 5ft 6ins and had a small beard.

He was wearing a cream-coloured baseball cap with the letter ‘G’ on it.

The second man was around 6ft 3ins and of medium build, with short cropped black hair.

He was wearing a silver or grey Puffa-style jacket and a belt with a lion’s head on the buckle.

Investigating officer PC Hurley said: “The fact is that for two grown men to threaten and rob a teenager is cowardly and so I urge anyone with information to get in touch.

Do you recognise this description? Please help us find these men so they can face the justice they deserve.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact British Transport Police on 0800 40 50 40 or text 61016, quoting 207 of 30/01.
