Two men from Hounslow have been jailed for stabbing and beating man to death following night out

Two men who violently and fatally assaulted a young father on a night out days before Christmas, have been jailed for his murder.
35 year old Sebastian Szalski was sentenced to life-imprisonment to serve a minimum of 30 years and 19 year old Darusz Badek was sentenced to life-imprisonment to serve a minimum of 25 years.
They were both found guilty of the murder of 36-year-old Sukhijit Dhariwal.
The court heard that on the 21st of December, Mr Dhariwal returned home from work and spent the early part of the evening at a pub in Albion Road in Hounslow, with two friends.
He then moved on to another bar in Hounslow High Street, leaving there at approximately 1am to head home.
As he was almost at the path to his house, Mr Dhariwal was attacked, the first of three times, by the two defendants.
They struck him and pushed him to the ground before running off.
Around 10 minutes later, the pair returned to issue their second, lengthier attack, much of which was caught on CCTV footage.
The court was shown the footage in which the two violently punched, kicked and stamped on the victim.
They then proceeded to steal some of his possessions, while he lay helplessly on the ground.
After returning home Szalski and Badek made their final attack on the victim, stabbing him repeatedly in the leg, so viciously that they severed an artery.
They ended their attack by assaulting him further.
Mr Dhariwal was found a few minutes later by officers who made efforts to save him, along with paramedics and London's Air Ambulance, but he was pronounced dead at the scene just before 3am.
A post-mortem examination gave the cause of death as blunt force trauma to the head and multiple stab wounds.
