A salon-owner in Hounslow has had its case dismissed in court after appealing a licensing decision

Magic Touch Tattoo Piercing Studio didn’t have permission for conducting certain treatments which it provided.

As a result, Hounslow Council refused to re-licence the salon when the owner Lilly Morris applied.

Its previous licence was revoked after convictions for piercing a minor without parental consent and not keeping proper client records.

It also didn’t register a therapist and didn’t having a clinical waste contract in place for disposing of used needles.
