East Sheen based charity Missing People is continuing to campaign for a system of guardianship

Families of people who have gone missing are continuing to call on the Government for a change in the law.

They want the legal authority to be able to act as a guardian for their missing relative to ensure their affairs are kept in order.

This system would only be applied where there is a presumption the missing person will be found.

Talking to Jackie's Lucy Mayer, Josie Allen with the East Sheen based charity Missing People says at the moment, many relatives are “living in limbo.”
