It’s believed to have taken place in the viewpoint car park near Epsoms Downs Racecourse at around 11.30pm last night.
The car is believed to be an older-style black 4x4, and the passenger was described as being between 18-20 years old, of heavy build, and with short blonde hair.
It’s unknown what the driver looked like.
