Chelsea have signed England under-21 international Noni Madueke from PSV Eindhoven.

 

The midfielder has agreed a 7 and a half year contract with the club – who are thought to have paid up to 29-million pounds for him.

He was previously at Crystal Palace and Tottenham before establishing himself in PSV’s senior side in 2019.
