Residents had reported criminal damage to benches, littering and street drinking amongst other concerns in Norbury Park, Green Lane.
The number of people sleeping rough in tents has also continued resulting in increased reports of antisocial behaviour.
Since December, the team has worked to support the police, adult social care, homeless support, and substance misuse services.
