It’s been issued by the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, who says we should avoid unnecessary car journeys.
He says this is why it’s vital the ULEZ is expanded across all London boroughs.
Paul Scully is the MP for Sutton which declared last week that it won’t comply with the scheme’s installation in August.
He says Londoners are being left without any option but to steer clear of the city.
