Danny Kruger, who represents a constituency in Wiltshire, is accused of allowing his Jack Russell to “chase worry or injure” a large herd of deer in March.
His case has been adjourned until May the 24th.
Currently, all dog walkers are being asked to keep their pets on leads, as it’s birthing season.
