David Munro has congratulated Lisa Townsend on her appointment and feels he is leaving Surrey generally in “good shape”.
He has expressed an urgent need to prioritise the backlog of court cases caused by the pandemic and to reduce re-offending rates.

path to imprisonment for less serious offenders.
