Daniel George Hopper, who’s 32 and known locally as Daniel Styles, was charged with killing 54-year-old Phillip Bagwell in Leatherhead earlier this week.
He’s appearing at Guildford Magistrates Court today.
A second man was arrested in connection with the murder but has been released without charge.
