It's alleged that Alexey Golubovich took 349 pieces of art between 2012 and 2016.
His daughter is asking him to return the statues, and pay damages and legal costs.
He denies the claims, claiming he gained ownership of the sculptures through a 'deed of settlement' in 2013.
