Richmond Council will now start to move them on again from the green space at Riverside Drive.
The group were told to leave for the first time nearly two weeks ago but returned on Sunday.
The local authority was first unable to evict because of new rules surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic.
This particular camp has families with young children and a number of pregnant women.
