Chelsea manager Frank Lampard says they've got a long way to go if they're to close the gap on Liverpool and Man City at the Premier League's summit

His team beat the Manchester club last night, and their victory handed the team from Merseyside a first top-flight title in 30 years.

But Lampard says he isn't getting carried away by that result.
