The MP for Carshalton and Wallington is thanking police officers after a car reportedly crashed into his front wall last night.

The vehicle was being chased by police, and Elliot Colburn says it went through his and neighbour’s front gardens.

He says nobody was hurt, and the community “has been amazing checking in and offering to help”.
