Chris Grayling is reportedly in the running to become the head of the Government’s Intelligence Committee

The former Transport Secretary and MP for Epsom and Ewell is in talks with Prime Minister Boris Johnson to take on the role.

Mr Grayling’s office dismissed the claims as speculation when they first surfaced in March.
