Research by rental deposit replacement scheme Ome has found that the palace causes prices to soar by 207%, compared to the rest of Elmbridge.
While Buckingham Palace is in a higher priced area, it still only causes its postcode to rise by 89%.
However, the homes near Blackpool Tower drop by 17% compared to the rest of the town.
