Police officers investigating an assault in Richmond Park have charged a man

60 year old Stephen Diaz is due to appear in court in October.

The charges against him relate to an assault against two male cyclists, aged 28 and 35 on Friday, the 10th of April.

Their injuries were not life threatening.
