Streetcube was launched as a pop-up stall last year by Raymond Blanc.
It pledges to use zero plastics, create zero waste, and use organic, local produce.
The food industry contributes to 45% of greenhouse gas emissions, alongside transport and packaging emissions.
It will be open every week on the High Street's piazza.
