The Mail reports that Cliff Hamilton was sent an anonymous letter warning that televisions, doors and tyres were being dumped on his land.
He says he was sent photos of the neighbours in his garden treading down the rubbish.
He also claims there none of the overgrown plot was trampled, so it had to be from next door.
Mr Hamilton says he’ll speak to the neighbour via his lawyers and offer him the chance to pay for any rubbish to be cleared.
