Patrick Anthony Grant was detained in Tadworth in March after officers stopped his car and carried out a roadside drugs wipe test.
He was arrested on suspicion of drug driving and being concerned with the supply of class A drugs.
The 35-year-old also had mobile phones and cash seized.
Following a further search at hospital, Grant was also found to be concealing drugs.
