A senior black police inspector says he has no choice but to sue the Metropolitan Police after being stopped in his car by two white officers.

Inspector Charles Ehikioya says he was pulled over without justification as he drove home from work in Croydon in May.

Scotland Yard says officers thought he was speeding, and there's no evidence of misconduct.
