A wildfire that broke out across Chobham Common has been declared a major incident, as more than 100 people have been evacuated.
The blaze was reported shortly after 12.30pm on Friday 7 August and continues to burn for a second day.
A spokesperson for Surrey Fire and Rescue Service says that firefighters are expected to remain at the scene throughout the weekend.
The Rose Ladies Series Grand Final at Wentworth Golf Club has been cancelled until further notice due to the ongoing fire risk.
