Food delivery company Milk & More has apologised to some of its customers in New Malden
Food delivery company Milk & More has apologised to some of its customers in New Malden.
It’s after they complained milk had been left on doorsteps overnight during the heatwave meaning it was off by the morning.
Produce being delivered at night instead of first thing in the morning, and items going missing were other concerns also reported.
Milk & More says customers who have had issues should contact its customer service care team.
This is what they said:
“We at Milk & More always aim to deliver a first-class customer service, so we are very sorry to hear that on these occasions we have failed to meet our usual high standards. If customers have any concerns, then we ask they contact our customer care team on 0345 606 3606 in the first instance.
“We deliver before 7am, so that orders are received in time for breakfast. This does mean that many deliveries will be made throughout the night to meet our customers’ expectations.
“We appreciate that we have had some very hot weather recently, so for any customers who are worried about the temperature outside, we do sell cool boxes and bags. Likewise, we ask our customers to let us know if they have a special place that they would like us to leave their orders to keep them cooler.”
