Housing charity Rentstart has made UK history by opening a lettings agency for homeless people in Walton High Street.

Rentstart has been operating for the last 20 years out of portacabins and temporary offices.

The charity works with landlords who provide them with properties; 82% of clients housed last year are still in their homes.
