Ivan Toney will officially join Brentford tomorrow.

The striker is signing for the Championship club from Peterborough on a five-year deal for an undisclosed fee.

Toney was announced as the League One 'Player of the Year' on Thursday after scoring 24 goals in 32 third-tier games last season.
