Kensington and Chelsea is the worst borough for buy-to-let landlords in London, according to new research.


According to lettings management platform Howsy, it gives an average yield of just 2.6%.

In a survey of boroughs and commuter towns, Kingston also came in the bottom ten, with 3.1%.

Best is Tower Hamlets, with 4.7% return on the investment.
