Kingston's MP is the new Lib Dem leader

Ed Davey, MP for Kingston and Surbiton has been announced as the new leader of the Liberal Democrats.

The contest came about after the last person to hold the post, Jo Swinson, dramatically lost her seat in December's General Election.
