Residents in Richmond are being asked if they want the council to renew bylaws restricting some types of behaviour in public spaces.

Two ‘Public Space Protection orders’ were introduced in 2017.

Since then 44 penalty notices (and over 700 warnings) have been issued for dog fouling and anti-social behaviour in parks and open spaces.
