The Met Office is warning Londoners to be vigilant as Storm Francis hits the capital today.

Heavy rain and gusts of up to 45mph are expected, with flying debris possibly causing “injury or danger to life”.

They’ve also warned Francis could cause road closures, delays to public transport and power cuts.
