The café’s owner employed a man named Dennis Proctor to dispose of it.
However, Mr Proctor then employed another man, who’s believed to have dropped it in Colne Valley Regional Park.
Mr Proctor wouldn’t identify the second man “for fear of reprisals”.
Proctor has been fined just over £1,500.
