A man has been arrested after being seen with a machete in Earlsfield.

He was chased down by police after he was allegedly threatening people with the blade.

When he was detained, cannabis and around £4,000 in cash were seized.

The 19-year-old remains in custody.

A woman has also been arrested on suspicion of affray.
