A second person has been arrested on suspicion of murder after police were called to reports a man was on fire in Mitcham last week.

The body of Loeike Guei was discovered in Commonside  last Thursday.

33 year-old Raphael Kokkinos of Polworth Road in Streatham will appear at the Old Bailey on Tuesday.

A 28 year old remains in police custody.
