Parents across Surrey are being urged to keep a check on their children’s mental health as they return to school.

Surrey and Borders NHS Trust say going back can be daunting anyway, not to mention the current Covid-19 situation.

They say parents, carers and teachers, who will also be adjusting, must pay attention to their own mental health needs too.

The trust wants people to check its website for help, which includes link to charities such as Mind Matters NHS and free workshops.
