That’s its campaign to tackle littering in the borough,
saying the reasons given are akin to “my dog ate my homework”.
They’re asking people to take their litter home with them if
the bins are full, and to alert the council.
There’s been a rise in antisocial behaviour and rubbish left
on the ground since lockdown began.
