The transport secretary's admitted they won't be bringing in coronavirus tests at airports in order to relax quarantine restrictions




Grant Shapps says it's "unlikely" immediate screenings would detect the illness for people arriving in the UK.

Heathrow CEO John Holland Kaye has previously said that testing would be the “lifeline” that gets the UK aviation sector back up and running.

Wales has introduced a self-isolation period for holidaymakers returning from Portugal, with Scotland enforcing the same measure tomorrow.

England and Northern Ireland are yet to impose quarantine rules for the country.
