Youngsters with rare forms of cancer who re-lapse, can now access new personalised treatments.


The Royal Marsden in Sutton is leading the trial of the Stratified Medicine Paediatrics Programme.

It’s used in combination with ESMART, which matches molecular information of tumours to treatments.

It means sequencing of genetic tumour codes can now be supported with the targeting of specific features with precision medicines.
