The authority has confirmed its decision to allow community, voluntary and faith groups to run youth centre programmes.
Cllr for Children, Young People and Families, Mary Lewis said:
“The impact of Covid-19 makes it more important than ever that children and young people have access to youth facilities in Surrey”.
