Crews were called Saturday evening to Sydney Road, taking 12 calls to the blaze.
One man was taken to hospital, and two more were treated at
the scene for smoke inhalation.
The ground floor of the house was destroyed, and most of the
first floor was damaged.
The cause is under investigation.
