A man who was killed in a collision in Shepperton two weeks ago has been named as Brendan O’Connell

 The 52-year-old was believed to have been hit by a red van on Walton Bridge on Saturday the 19^th of September.

A 59-year-old man has been arrested and released under investigation.

However, police are still appealing for information.
