A number of young adults with learning disabilities are spending this week moving into a new housing development in Ham

Richmond Council, PA Housing and Certitude are behind the new build which used to be a series of garages. 

It comprises three one-bedroom flats, plus carer accommodation, in a small two-storey block with state of the art technology. 

The project has received grant funding from the Greater London Authority as well as £250,000 from Richmond Council.
