Sunbury Walled Gardens and Staines cemetery have been awarded Green Flag status for the 10th year running

They were built in the early 18^th century and restored by Spelthorne Council in 1985.

They now provide a “gem” of tranquility housing over 200 varieties of Clematis.

The Green Flag Award Scheme recognises and rewards well managed parks and green spaces across the UK.
