Chelsea striker Timo Werner has been ruled out of Germany's international against Turkey tomorrow with flu symptoms

He's been isolated from the rest of the squad while they await coronavirus test results.

Germany assistant manager Marcus Sorg described Werner's illness as "a slight cold."
