“County Lines” continues to be a “major player” in drug dealing activity nationwide despite various lockdowns.

The set-up involves a phone number sending out messages advertising drugs with a system of “runners” then delivering them.  

Around a third of all lines are run out of London and can reach as far away as Cornwall.
