Mole Valley District Council’s Cabinet will be asked to approve the Climate Change Strategy, action plan at its meeting on 20 October.

The council declared a Climate Emergency at its 2019 meeting and committed to becoming carbon neutral by 2030. 

The Cabinet agreed in June of this year that the Strategy would set out a range of actions and initiatives, including investing in renewable energy and enhancing biodiversity.
