Richmond’s Council leader is getting tough on residents who aren’t following social distancing measures

Gareth Roberts made the statement on Twitter after a spike of Covid-19 cases in Richmond. 

There have been 130 over the past week alone, believed to be the largest, single week's increase ever seen in the borough.
