Sutton’s Conservative council leader has announced he’s stepping down.

Tim Crowley has been in the role for over 6 years.

His leadership saw Tory council members more than double.

He says it was always his intention to stand down this year but Coronavirus prolonged the move.

A new leader will be elected in May 2022
