A
number of new homes have been confirmed for Fontley Way as part of the Alton
Estate re-development.
The
site will provide 14 three-bedroom and four-bedroom Council homes for tenants
and resident owners within the “intervention area”.
This
means they will be able to move into newly built replacement homes without the
need for a temporary move.
