Would you cross the road to avoid a black cat? Do you think they’re unlucky?
Because Cats Protection in Morden say black cats are the hardest to home and want to change people’s perceptions of them, in the run up to Halloween.
They’re not sure whether it’s because people think they’re bad luck, they don’t stand out or because their dark coats are not as photogenic.
Also, it’s National Black Cat day on October 27th so maybe it’s time to give those cute cats a home…
