Joe Biden says he 'won't rest until everyone's vote is counted' - as his campaign manager claims it's a 'foregone conclusion' that he'll be the next US President.

 But Donald Trump's also claimed victory - and threatened to go to the Supreme Court over what he's calling 'major fraud'.
